1. Who we are
Lexicamp is a vocabulary-learning application for iOS, operated as a sole proprietorship based in Georgia, United States.
2. Your account
You need an account to save words and sync your study history across devices. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be old enough to consent to this agreement in your jurisdiction.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Lexicamp offers optional paid features. All purchases are made through Apple’s In-App Purchase system and are governed by your agreement with Apple. Managing, cancelling, and requesting refunds for a subscription is handled by Apple — see Support for the steps.
4. Your content
Words you save, translations you edit, and your study history belong to you. We store them to provide the service and we do not sell them.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users’ data, or use the translation features to process content at a scale or for a purpose the app is not designed for.
6. Service availability
Lexicamp is provided as-is. Features may change, and translation and example generation depend on third-party services that can change or become unavailable.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the app’s Settings screen. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
